Allocation

Every allocation is held in a public, verifiable address — multisig vaults or a vesting contract. A 70,000 JDP seed amount sits at an Aerodrome pool address; it is not a public market. Full addresses on the Transparency page.

Founder allocation is locked in a vesting contract — it cannot be dumped. Treasury / Reserve / Community are 3-of-4 multisig Safes — no single device can move funds.

How value works here

The economy isn't valued on total supply — it's valued on the participation layer: how much creativity is actually moving through the network. JDP is built to circulate, not to be hoarded for a price. Every transaction should create more creation, participation, ownership, or opportunity.

What the contract does NOT have

No mint function (supply is fixed), no blacklist, no hidden owner, no proxy / upgradeability. The contract does include a tradingActive gate that currently starts false, plus owner-controlled limits and a burn rate hard-capped at 2%. Those are current controls, not a claim that selling cannot be restricted. See Transparency and the litepaper.

Participation, not speculation. JDP is a utility / participation asset — not a security, share, or investment contract. No return is promised; value may go to zero. Read the terms.
