Terms of Use

Last updated: 24 June 2026. Please read these terms carefully. By using jdptoken.com, ACCESS, or holding or transacting JDP, you agree to them.

1. What JDP is — and is not

JD Productions Token ("JDP") is a utility / participation asset on the Base network used to participate in and exchange value across a creator economy. JDP is not a security, share, equity, debt instrument, fund interest, or investment contract. It conveys no ownership, governance, dividend, revenue, or profit rights. Nothing on this site is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell a security.

2. No financial advice, no promised return

Nothing here is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. No financial return is promised, guaranteed, or implied. The value of JDP may increase or decrease, including to zero. Only acquire or contribute what you can afford to lose entirely. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and for any taxes that apply to you.

3. Genesis & contributions

Genesis participants contribute ETH to the Genesis Pool to support ecosystem growth and liquidity and receive a Genesis allocation and Passport. This is participation in ACCESS, not a purchase of JDP as an investment, and not a public offering or solicitation. Contributions are voluntary and at your own risk.

4. Blockchain risk

Blockchain transactions are irreversible. You are responsible for using the correct network (Base) and the correct address, for the security of your wallet and keys, and for any losses from user error, phishing, smart-contract risk, network failure, or market volatility. We cannot recover lost funds.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site or ecosystem for unlawful activity, fraud, market manipulation, impersonation, exploitation of contracts or infrastructure, or to circumvent any applicable law or sanction. You must be of legal age and legally permitted to use crypto assets in your jurisdiction.

6. No warranty

The site, ACCESS, and JDP are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JD Productions / JD AI Systems disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of funds, data, or opportunity.

7. Changes

We may update these terms, the ecosystem, and its features at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
