• Email — if you join the waitlist, so we can send updates. You can unsubscribe anytime.
• Basic analytics — anonymous usage data (pages viewed, device type) to improve the site.
• On-chain activity — blockchain transactions are public by nature. ACCESS records a privacy-respecting activity ledger of in-ecosystem actions you take, used to calculate participation.

We do not ask for, store, or have access to your wallet seed phrase or private keys — ever.

2. How we use it

To operate and improve the site and ecosystem, send updates you opted into, calculate participation and rewards, prevent abuse, and comply with law. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run the ecosystem (e.g. email delivery, wallet infrastructure, analytics), under confidentiality, and when required by law. Public blockchain data is, by design, visible to anyone.

4. Your choices

You can unsubscribe from email at any time, request access to or deletion of personal data we hold, and use the ecosystem without providing more than is necessary. On-chain records are permanent and cannot be deleted.

5. Cookies

We use minimal, essential cookies and privacy-respecting analytics. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
